Continuing Education

This is a list of our current approvals, which will continue to be updated as new applications are approved. Please check with your licensing or accrediting organization if you have any questions about specific accreditation in your local area for your profession.


Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification

This coursework has been pre-approved as continuing education by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification.


Minnesota Department of Human Services

Minnesota Department of Human Services has approved completion of the following Autism Certification Center online courses to fulfill the Autism 101 training requirement for the Individual Provider for the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) Benefit.


National Association of Social Workers - Ohio Chapter

The National Association of Social Workers - Ohio Chapter - has approved the ASD Strategies in Action courses for CEUs. NASW is recognized as a Continuing Education Approver for social workers by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. If you are not a resident of Ohio, it is recommended that you check with your state board for approval.


Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

This activity has been approved for continuing education by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology specific to the clinical practice of speech-language pathology. If you are not a resident of Ohio, it is recommended that you check with your state board for approval.


Ohio Child Care Resource and Referral Association (OCCRRA)

This coursework has received the Ohio Approved (OA) Designation. Receiving credit for completing Autism Certification Center coursework via OCCRRA is a two-step process.

  1. Create an account on the occrra.org website and register for the corresponding course of your choice. Many Faces of Autism and the Toddler and Preschool Age courses are offered quarterly. Many Faces of Autism is a prerequisite for the Toddler and Preschool Age course in the Autism Certification Center coursework. You must register for both courses in OCCRRA to get the full 12 hours. You can complete the courses at any time during the quarter.
  2. Create an account or log in to your account at autismcenterficationcenter.org and get started.

Credit for Attendance

You will be given credit for coursework completed within 2 weeks of the end of the course. If you do not receive credit for attendance for a completed course after the designated time period, please contact acc_info@ocali.org.


Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board

This coursework has been approved as Continuing Professional Education (CPE) by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. If you are not a resident of Ohio, it is recommended that you check with your state board to determine continuing education requirements in your state.
